Анотація
У статті проведено аналіз норм чинного українського законодав ства та норм міжнародного права, вказано на прогалини в укра їнському кримінальному законодавстві та запропоновано шляхи їх усунення. Дана стаття має практичне значення, для працівників пра воохоронних органів в частині кримінально-правової кваліфікації про типравних діянь, пов’язаних із використанням паспортних документів, що не належать пред’явнику, а також рекомендації щодо особливос тей судово-технічної експертизи документів у форматі ID 3.
