Анотація
У статті висвітлені основні вимоги до збору матеріалів у частині доведення наслідкового зв’язку роботи промислового об’єкта із забрудненням атмосферного повітря в межах кримінальних проваджень. Досліджено особливості проведення інженерно-екологічних експертиз, пов’язаних із створенням небезпеки для довкілля у зв’язку із забрудненням атмосферного повітря.
