Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу особливостей впровадження у період воєнного стану правового механізму легалізації вогнепальної трофейної зброї, яка перебуває у громадян України внаслідок ведення бойових дій. З цією метою досліджено чинне законодавство України, існуюча міжнародна практика, норми міжнародного гуманітарного права та законодавство деяких зарубіжних країн, які стикались із проблемою наявності необлікованої зброї у цивільних осіб внаслідок військових конфліктів.
