Анотація
Масштабування бізнесу, особливо в умовах наявних обмежень та небезпечності його ведення в Україні під час воєнного стану, досить часто супроводжується необхідністю залучення іноземних партнерів, інвесторів або заснування дочірніх або афільованих компаній за кордоном. Стаття присвячена аналізу законодавчих норм щодо умов оподаткування контрольованих іноземних компаній в Україні та звітування контролюючих осіб (фізичних або юридичних) про доходи належних їм контрольованих іноземних компаній, обов’язковість якого вперше виникла у 2024 році відносно 2022 і 2023 років.
