Анотація
У статті досліджено поняття та види судової економічної експертизи. Окреслено особливості цієї експертизи у кримінальних провадженнях про привласнення, розтрату майна або заволодіння ним шляхом зловживання службовим становищем. Визначено завдання і запропоновано перелік вирішуваних питань видами економічної експертизи у кримінальних провадженнях про привласнення, розтрату майна або заволодіння ним шляхом зловживання службовим становищем: бухгалтерського та податкового обліку; фінансово-господарської діяльності; фінансово-кредитних операцій.
