Анотація
В статті викладені думки провідних фахівців та спеціалістів, які за ймаються науковою діяльністю щодо аналізу проблем призначення судових товарознавчих експертиз. Досліджено специфіку експертної діяльності та набір якостей, якими повинен володіти судовий експерт здійснюючи експертні дослідження. Наведені завдання, які можуть вирішуватись, коли призначається судова товарознавча експертиза та запитання на які може дати відповідь судовий експерт (подано орі єнтовний перелік).
