Анотація
Розглядається «загальний метод розслідування злочинів», розроблений радянським криміналістом Іваном Миколайовичем Якимовим у 20-х роках минулого століття. Показані позитивні якості методу: системність, етапність, дотримання діяльнісного та ситуативного підходів, використання низки аналітичних прийомів, груповий характер реалізації в ході розкриття та розслідування злочину. Доведено, що метод І. М. Якимова врахував найкращі положення подібних методів розроблених раніше науковцями провідних європейських країн Е. Анушатом (Німеччина), А. Вейнгартом (Німеччина), Г. Гроссом (Австрія), А. Ничефоро (Італія), Г. Шнейкертом (Німеччина) та ін. Цим методом закладені основи для розроблення сучасного розділу криміналістики – криміналістичної методики та її складової – криміналістичного вчення про методи розслідування кримінальних правопорушень.
