Анотація
Статтю присвячено аналізу процесуального порядку роботи з інформацією, виокремленню теоретико-правових засад її реалізації та визначенню основних напрямів подальшого удосконалення кримінального процесуального законодавства. У результаті проведеного дослідження сформовано низку положень та висновків, які стосуються поглиблення теорій кримінального процесу та криміналістики, обґрунтування пропозицій щодо удосконалення чинного кримінального процесуального законодавства, розробки сучасних криміналістичних рекомендацій (технологій) з розслідування злочинів.
