Анотація
У науковій статті розкрито поняття та сутність криміналістичного забезпечення кримінального провадження, визначено рівні, напрями і форми його реалізації. Обґрунтовано, що криміналістичне забезпечення реалізується під час розслідування, запобігання кримінальних правопорушень та судового розгляду кримінальних проваджень (справ) шляхом застосування криміналістичних засобів, методів, прийомів відповідно до певних рівнів, напрямів та форм.
