Анотація
Роль інституту судової експертизи в контексті втрат сільськогосподарського призначення полягає в тому, щоб останні (втрати) нараховувалися безапеляційно в належному розмірі за всіх обставин вилучення земельних ділянок, навіть вдаваних під видом інших змін правового статусу земельних ділянок.
