Анотація
У протидії злочинності результативність використання можливостей судово-економічної експертизи пов’язана із необхідністю вирішення цілої низки теоретичних, правових та процесуальних завдань. Досить часто, висновок експерта-економіста відіграє роль центрального доказу в кримінальних справах про економічні злочини.
