Анотація
У публікації розкриваються результати дослідження щодо визначення змісту та основних складових професійних компетентностей, які могли би враховуватися при визначенні наявності у певної особи необхідних знань, навичок та вмінь для отримання кваліфікації судового експерта та ефективного здійснення судово-експертної діяльності. Визначаються ключові парадигми, які можуть бути застосовані при впровадженні компетентністних підходів при підготовці та атестації судових експертів із урахуванням необхідності інтеграції української освіти в європейський простір.
