Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню конфіскації криптовалюти (віртуальних активів) під час виконання судових рішень у кримінальному провадженні. Вказано про необхідність передбачення на законодавчому рівні підстав, порядку та правил конфіскації криптовалюти, а також її спеціальної конфіскації. Сформульовано підходи до конфіскації криптовалюти та правила такої конфіскації.
