Анотація

Дослідження націлене на глибокий історико-правовий аналіз еволюції інституту міжнародного кримінального судочинства з урахуванням впливу історичних факторів. У статті здійснюється систематизація первинних джерел для з’ясування ключових етапів розвитку міжнародного кримінального судочинства в контексті його правових трансформацій. Аналіз детально досліджує взаємозв’язок історичних контекстів із формуванням та еволюцією нормативно-правового базису. Це дослідження висвітлює важливість минулих подій для сучасного кримінального судочинства в глобально-правовому відношенні.
