Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу доктринальних підходів до визначення поняття та змісту інформаційного забезпечення судово-експертної діяльності. Досліджено нормативно-правову базу, що регулює організацію інформаційного забезпечення судово-експертної діяльності, особливості формування баз даних, та організацію роботи органів які здійснюють діяльність в зазначеній сфері. Виокремлено основні складові інформаційного забезпечення експертної діяльності, з’ясовано їх загальну характеристику. Сформульовано поняття інформаційного забезпечення судово-експертної діяльності.
