Анотація
У статті висвітлено аналіз проблем, пов’язаних із впровадженням міжнародних етичних стандартів у правову систему України. Визначено шляхи подолання цих проблем: регулювання процесу ратифікації міжнародних договорів; інтеграція міжнародних етичних стандартів у національне законодавство; поліпшення діяльності кваліфікаційних комісій з контролю за дотриманням етичних правил; створення незалежних механізмів контролю; розвиток системи неперервної юридичної освіти, орієнтованої на міжнародні етичні стандарти; співпраця з міжнародними організаціями, що спеціалізуються на цьому питанні.
