Анотація
У статті розглядаються процесуальні та криміналістичні аспекти пе ревірки і оцінки висновку експерта у кримінальному провадженні, їх норма тивно-правове регулювання за чинним законодавством України. Окрема увага приділяється сучасній практиці оцінювання висновку експерта суб’єктами, які здійснюють кримінальне провадження. Зроблено висновок щодо стану і меж нормативно-правового регулювання оцінки висновку екс перта у кримінальному провадженні.
