Анотація
У статті показано проблему недосконалого нормативного забезпечення функціонування методик проведення судових експертиз скрізь призму понад 30-ти річної давнини. Обґрунтовано необхідність нормативного врегулювання періодичних перевірянь та переглядань експертних методик, використовуючи досвід проведення робіт із національної стандартизації шляхом розроблення проєкту ДСТУ «Судово-експертна діяльність. Правила розроблення, викладання й оформлення методик проведення судових експертиз» із наступним його (проєкту) прийняттям.
