Анотація
На підставі аналізу наукових точок зору та практики розслідування незаконного виготовлення, переробки чи ремонту вогнепальної зброї або фальсифікації, незаконного видалення чи зміни її маркування, або незаконного виготовлення бойових припасів, вибухових речовин чи вибухових пристроїв, визначено типові види судових експертиз, які проводяться у таких кримінальних провадженнях. З’ясовано значення виокремлених судових експертиз для кримінального процесуального доказування, визначено типові помилки при їх призначенні та проведенні, запропоновано шляхи їх уникнення та вирішення.
