Анотація

Стаття присвячена системному опису факторів, які впливають на несвідоме надання особою недостовірних показань під час допиту, а саме:

1) підсвідомого рівня психіки, зокрема: а) імпліцитної пам’яті та її явища – праймінгу; б) неусвідомлених глибинних психологічних установок; та 2) основних сфер психіки особистості (психічних процесів, психічних станів та психічних властивостей). Підкреслено значення судової психолого-психіатричної експертизи для емпіричного вивчення вищевказаних факторів.
