Анотація
Розкрито основи інноваційного розуміння сутності, співвідношення, про цедури та меж легітимного оприлюднення завідомо і незавідомо достовірних та недостовірних відомостей. Підкреслено, що однією з причин появи заві домо недостовірних відомостей є неналежний рівень аналітичного мислення чи інша професійна некомпетентність, пізнання чого набуває особливого значення для попередження появи незавідомо недостовірних висновків експе рта або інших подібного роду недоліків юридичного, журналістського чи ін шого масмедійного доказування або публічної дискусії.
