Анотація
Стаття присвячена актуалізації криміналістичного аналізу матеріалу за наслідками якого існує потреба в започаткуванні розробки типової видової методики розслідування порушення законів та звичаїв війни (злочину, перед баченого ст. 438 Кримінального кодексу України). Викладено бачення окремих аспектів одного з елементів цієї методики: підготовки (організації й плану вання) розслідування означеного злочину.
