Анотація
Стаття присвячена питанням взаємодії суб’єктів, які здійснюють су дово-експертну діяльність, і органів досудового розслідування та прокуратури в сучасному кримінальному провадженні України. Відзначаються наявні проблеми в механізмі взаємодії суб’єктів, які здійснюють судово-експе ртну діяльність, і органів досудового розслідування та прокуратури в сучас ному кримінальному провадженні України та пропонуються шляхи розв’язання зазначених проблем.
