Анотація
В межах наукової статті на основі вивчення нормативно-правових дже рел, практики їх застосування та точок зору науковців з обраної тематики, досліджено проблеми фіксації та документування кримінальних правопору шень проти довкілля, використання можливостей судово-екологічної експе ртизи під час їх розслідування, вжиття заходів щодо визначення розміру шкоди та встановлення осіб, причетних до їх учинення. Висловлено відповідні організаційно-тактичні рекомендації, спрямовані на покращення методики розслідування кримінальних правопорушень проти довкілля.
