Анотація
В статті розглядається проблематика порядку залучення слідчим особи до конфіденційного співробітництва та проведення негласних слідчих (роз шукових) дій під час досудового розслідування корупційних кримінальних про ваджень та його вплив на допустимість доказів. На основі вивчення судової практики Вищого антикорупційного суду зроблено висновок про значне різно маніття у підходах до відповідної процедури. Автором запропоновано влас ний алгоритм залучення конфідента до кримінального провадження.
