Анотація

У статті висвітлено проблемні питання особливостей застосування спеціальних лінгвістичних знань у межах кримінальних проваджень за озна ками вчинення кримінальних правопорушень, передбачених ст. 436-2 КК 302 України, із-поміж яких глорифікація осіб, що здійснювали збройну агресію Російської Федерації проти України. Визначено провідні параметри кваліфікації мовного факту глорифікації, проблемні моменти тлумачення досліджува ного явища.
