Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу сучасних тенденцій формування науково-мето дичних основ визначення давності виготовлення документа в контексті розвитку судової експертології й криміналістичного документознавства в Укра їні та інших країнах. Запропоновано науково-методичний підхід щодо форму вання методики встановлення давності виготовлення документа, ґрунтуючись на доробках комплексного дослідження реквізитів документів з використанням спеціальних знань, аналітичних і спеціальних методів криміналістичного дослі дження документів, почеркознавства та лінгвістики.
