Анотація
У статті розглянуто теоретичні й практичні аспекти експертних дослі джень щодо оцінки дій пожежно-рятувальних підрозділів із гасіння пожеж в межах проведення судової пожежно-технічної експертизи. Розглянуто взаємопов’яза ність відповідності дій з реагування пожежних підрозділів нормативним вимогам та наслідками події (пожежі). Обґрунтовано необхідність уточнення та запропоно вано актуалізовані текстові редакції окремих завдань та питань пожежно-техні чної експертизи. Запропоновано до розгляду основні положення експертних дослі джень з оцінки дій із гасіння пожеж. Окреслено особливості оцінювання відповідності прибуття пожежного підрозділу нормативним вимогам. Визначено специфічне експертне завдання оцінки дій із гасіння пожеж.
