Анотація
У статті розглянуті основні документи, які необхідні для проведення зе мельно-технічних експертиз, та їх особливості, найчастіші питання про на кладання земельних ділянок, які ставляться перед експертом, а також експертизи проблемні аспекти, які виникають у вирішенні питань при проведенні земе льно-технічних експертиз та пропозиції щодо їх вирішення.
