Анотація
У статті дослідженні законодавчі аспекти, відповідно до яких визнача ються обставини за яких неможливе виконання зобов’язань по кредитним до говорам (угодам) та обставини за яких можливе звільнення від виконання ок ремих зобов’язань за кредитними договорами в особливий період (який запроваджений з 18 березня 2014 року) та період воєнного стану в Україні (який запроваджений з 24 лютого 2022 року) для наступних категорій пози чальників: юридичні особи, військовослужбовці, учасники АТО/ООС. В ході до слідження встановлено, що для виконання різних договорів (позики, кредит них, іпотечних тощо) в залежності від статусу позичальника існують окремі особливі підходи..
