Анотація
У публікації розглянуто особливості процесу підготовки і підтвердження кваліфікації судових експертів у сфері інтелектуальної власності та висвіт люються підходи до визначення видів професійних компетентностей судо вих експертів та фахівців, що залучаються судом, органами досудового ро зслідування або іншими учасниками справи до проведення судових експертиз. Визначено ключові парадигми, які можуть бути застосовані при впровадженні компетентнісних підходів при підготовці та атестації судових експертів у сфері інтелектуальної власності.
