The editorial board accepts only previously unpublished original articles. The level of authenticity of the article is determined by the corresponding software. Manuscripts in which plagiarism or textual borrowings are found without reference to the source are rejected by the editors.

The types of plagiarism include:

• the use of any material in any volume, images, drawings, photographs, tables, graphs, diagrams or any other form of graphic presentation of information without reference to the source;
• use without written permission of materials whose authors or copyright holders prohibit the use of their materials without special consent (authors are responsible for obtaining copyright for the reproduction of illustrations, tables, and drawings taken from other authors and sources. Permission must be located below, under each element).

Self-plagiarism is unethical. An exception may be made for quoting short phrases from one’s own articles with appropriate citations.
