Анотація
У статті висвітлено особливості підготовки матеріалів та призна чення судової портретної експертизи. Наведено рекомендації щодо процедури отримання зображень особи для порівняльного дослі дження шляхом фотографування та відеозапису обличчя особи в по рядку ст. 245 КПК України із залученням спеціаліста в галузі судової фотографії та ідентифікації особи за ознаками зовнішності, щодо фор мулювання питань експертові при призначенні судової портретної експертизи, а також щодо зазначення в постанові (ухвалі) про призна чення судової портретної експертизи даних про носії, на яких містяться об’єкти експертизи.
