Анотація
Стаття присвячена узагальненню підходів до проведення судових економічних досліджень, пов’язаних із підтвердженням розміру збитків (упущеної вигоди) підприємствам у зв’язку із збройною агресією російської федерації. Наведено методичні підходи, які застосовують експерти-економісти відповідно до діючої нормативної бази при визначенні матеріальних збитків підприємств, організацій, установ. Обґрунтовано алгоритм підтвердження за допомогою економічної експертизи питань розміру збитків (упущеної вигоди) підприємствам через неможливість провадження господарської діяльності внаслідок збройної агресії та фактичного вторгнення військ російської федерації.
