Анотація
Стаття присвячена розгляду питань щодо організаційно-тактичних основ взаємодії слідчого з іншими суб’єктами під час розслідування кримінальних правопорушень, пов’язаних із домашнім насильством. Метою цієї статті стало з’ясування перспектив взаємодії слідчого з іншими суб’єктами під час розслідування кримінальних правопорушень, пов’язаних з домашнім насильством. Для вирішення поставленої мети дослідження використано такі методи: аналіз і синтез, абстрагування й узагальнення, індукція та дедукція, а також формально-юридичний, логічний і системний методи. Зазначені методи використовували комплексно з метою вирішення поставлених завдань та отримання конструктивних висновків. Також важливим питанням є визначення орієнтовного переліку таких суб’єктів та з’ясування їх ролі для розслідування зазначеної категорії кримінальних проваджень. Наголошено, що стрімкий розвиток злочинних технологій, а також дія особливих правових режимів не залишили осторонь і домашнє насильство, що, своєю чергою, має негативний вплив на його рівень та латентність. З огляду на це було розглянуто питання щодо переліку та обов’язковості дослідження типових завдань, вирішення яких потребує залучення суб’єктів взаємодії. Акцентовано увагу на складності збирання доказів у таких кримінальних провадженнях та важливості взаємодії слідчого з метою вирішення завдань розслідування. Визначено перелік осіб, із якими виникає необхідність взаємодії під час розслідування. З’ясовано їх значення для ефективного розслідування. Досліджено питання, які слід вирішувати за допомогою знань і можливостей суб’єктів взаємодії
