Abstract

The article deals with the issues of organizational and tactical framework for interaction of an investigator with other entities during the investigation of criminal offenses related to domestic violence. The purpose of this article is to clarify the prospects of interaction between an investigator and other actors during the investigation of criminal offenses related to domestic violence. To achieve this research goal, thefollowing methods were used: analysis and synthesis, abstraction and generalization, induction and deduction, as well as formal legal, logical and systematic methods. These methods were used in a comprehensive manner in order to solve the tasks set and draw constructive conclusions. Another important issue is to determine an indicative list of such subjects and to clarify their role in the investigation of this category of criminal proceedings. It is emphasized that the rapid development of criminal technologies, as well as the effect of special legal regimes, have not left domestic violence unaffected, which, in turn, has a negative impact on its level and latency. In view of this, the issue of the list and mandatory research of typical tasks that require the involvement of interaction subjects was considered. The authors emphasizes the complexity of collecting evidence in such criminal proceedings and the importance of investigator’s interaction in order to solve the investigation tasks. The author identifies the list of persons with whom it is necessary to interact during the investigation. Their importance for an effective investigation is clarified. The author examines the issues which should be resolved with the help of knowledge and capabilities of the subjects of interaction
