Анотація
У статті на підставі аналізу сучасного стану здійснення детективної діяльності в Україні розглядаються проблемні питання, пов’язані з гарантуванням основоположних прав, свобод і законних інтересів та потреб людини. Робиться висновок, що приватна детективна діяльність спроможна стати повноцінною складовою правового механізму забезпечення прав, свобод і законних інтересів осіб.
