Анотація
Досліджується співвідношення таких наукових категорій як завдання і мета кримінального судочинства. Звертається увага на необхідність розмежування мети кримінального процесуального права і мети кримінальної процесуальної діяльності. Зазначається, що вирішення складних слідчих ситуацій неможливо досягти проведенням окремих слідчих (розшукових) дій, а потребує застосування оптимального комплексу слідчих дій, організаційних та оперативно-розшукових заходів. Аналізуються підходи науковців до визначення слідчих ситуацій.
