Анотація
Досліджується поняття та сутність інституту негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій. Розкрито їх співвідношення з однойменними оперативно-розшуковими заходами. Доводиться недоцільність поєднання в одному державному органі або одній особі кримінально-процесуальної та оперативно-розшукової функцій, що сьогодні спостерігається в діяльності детективів Національного антикорупційного бюро України. Обґрунтовується доцільність визначення переліку негласних слідчих (розшукових) дій у відповідній статті КПК України.
