Анотація
У статті аналізуються поняття та види бойових припасів, вибухових речовин і вибухових пристроїв, які є предметом злочинного посягання при вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ст. 263-1 Криміналь ного кодексу України. Зроблено висновок про їх значення для встановлення елементів криміналістичної характеристики кримінального правопорушення та необхідності використання спеціальних знань залучених експертів у від повідному кримінальному провадженні.
