Анотація
У статті на підставі аналізу наукових поглядів, теоретичних положень та законодавства досліджується криміналістична характеристика умис ного введення в обіг на ринку України (випуску на ринок України) небезпечної продукції, та структурні (складові) елементи цієї характеристики, зокрема: способи готування до цього злочину, способи його вчинення та приховання, типові наслідки його скоєння, предмет злочину, особа ймовірного злочинця, ймовірні мотив і мета вчинення цього злочину, тощо.
