Анотація
Особливістю проблематики, яка розглянута в даній статті, є вивчення пи тання ситуаційної експертизи, як виду криміналістичного дослідження. Колек тив авторів розглядає ситуаційну криміналістичну експертизу в розрізі вибухотехнічної експертизи, оскільки даний вид дослідження є досить специфіч ним. На неї треба звертати особливу увагу, адже за результатами проведеного ситуаційного дослідження суд приймає важливе рішення про покарання винних
