The editorial office does not charge authors any fees (No Article Processing Charges, APC) at any stage of the publication process, including:

The journal places special emphasis on supporting early-career researchers. Individuals pursuing the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Arts (third level of higher education), as well as doctoral researchers, are exempt from publication fees, regardless of whether the manuscript is prepared individually or in co-authorship.
