Abstract
Тhe Article is sanctified to generalization of going near the use of terms and classification of pilotless aircrafts during realization of judicial examina tions. Industry of researches of weapon-pilotless air decimators has the re vised existent positions of terminology. Being based on the offered determi nations and classification kinds, systems, type and standards of the marked aircrafts, are certain. It is possible to draw conclusion from the above-en tioned analysis of constructions of pilotless aircrafts that the worked out classification lights up all pilotless aviation systems and pilotless aviation complexes that is used for today. The uses of the offered terminology will assist complete and objective expert research and, as a result to the stow age of more reasonable expert conclusions that are one of sources of proofs during investigation of soldiery crimes. Key terms: An unmanned aviation system is a system, the components of which include an UAV, a support network and all the equipment and personnel that are necessary for the control of the UAV. An unmanned aviation complex is a set of one or more unmanned aerial vehicles, means of ensuring their launch, control and communication, obtaining and processing target, service and special infor mation, maintenance and transportation. Unmanned aerial vehicle — an aerial vehicle that is piloted remotely (remotely controlled from the ground by the operator of an unmanned aerial vehicle, from aboard another aircraft, space, etc.) or flies autonomously (with the help of autonomous software installed on board an unmanned aerial vehicle using inertial, GNSS naviga tion systems, optical-electronic systems, etc.). Kamikaze unmanned aerial vehicle (kamikaze drone) is an unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) of one-time use, which is designed to destroy ground stationary and/or moving targets (objects).
