Анотація
У статті висвітлені причини зміни кредитора у зобов’язанні. Проаналізовано спільність та відмінність між договорами «цесії» та факторингу. Окреслені проблемні моменти придослідженні питань щодо документального підтвердження заборгованості по кредитним суперечкам у разі відступлення, переуступки прав вимоги.
