Current publication on the protection of public interests when raising and investing funds by institutional investors

Abstract

The difficult conditions in which Ukraine found itself not by its own will, but due to a full-scale invasion and criminal actions of the enemy require the public administration to find new ways to support the economic sphere of the state. Currently, the economy of our state is completely dependent on foreign aid, and the State Debt has long exceeded the country's annual budget and reached a record level. The migration of people of working age abroad, the difficult environment for doing business in conditions of power outages, air raids and massive shelling, and curfews do not contribute to attracting investment and opening new businesses, and today this has become a serious threat to the country's economic security.
