Abstract
The necessities of practice will tap not only primary cause of development of science in general but also a stimulus of development of concrete recommendations. The said allows to draw a conclusion that at first, the necessities of practice come forward as a specific evaluation criterion of investigation activity; secondly, reflecting some problem, necessities play the role of indicator, designating, on what exactly direction development adjoins with braking circumstances; thirdly, the reflection of necessity of investigation practice, containing the certain volume of information about the standings problems of practice, orients on their permission criminalistics, both in a theoretical and in practical plan.
