Abstract

This article deals with the issue related to the possibility of using substitute cartridges in the process of control firing of rigid protective elements, the bullet resistance class of which is determined in accordance with national standards other than DSTU (State Standard of Ukraine). Thus, the material substantiates the possibility of using in the process of testing similar ammunition manufactured in the USSR to replace cartridges discontinued in the USA in the 50s of the twentieth century.
