Анотація
Стаття присвячена розгляду питань використання спеціальних знань у кримінальному та адміністративному судочинстві. Поряд з аналізом по няття «спеціальні знання» та співвіднесення його із поняттям «спеціальні пізнання», визначенням ознак спеціальних знань, зачіпаються проблеми їх розуміння у науковознавчому та процесуальному значеннях, а також питан ня процесуальних і непроцесуальних форм використання спеціальних знань.
