Abstract
This article deals with the research problems of the explosion circumstances of oxygen cylinders, as well as forensic examinations, designated in the investigation of these events, due to the in-depth analysis of the obtained information during the inspection of the damaged bulb and surrounding objects, the process of explosive oxidation-reduction reaction, which occurred at the time of the explosion, systimatization of eyewitness accounts of the event.
Holding such examinations should be based on an integrated use of special knowledge of experts with specialty expertise in various fields, namely: 10.8 “Investigation of the circumstances of the emergence and spread of fires and fire safety requirements”; 5.2 “The study of explosives traces and circumstances of explosions”; 10.5 “The study of the causes and consequences of violations of health and safety requirements and safety”, as well as experts with expert specialties 4.2 “Investigation of devices, components, tools and left their traces, identification of a piecemeal” and experts in the field of research materials, substances and products and that in the present conditions can be performed in the expert institutions of highly qualified specialists.
